Info for authors
The official language of the conference will be English and will be used for all presentations and printed materials. A normal presentation will last 20 minutes, an invited one 40 minutes (including discussion). Presentations must be prepared in Power point. The maximum dimensions of posters are 90 x 120 cm (width x height).
The International Conference on Advanced Semiconductor Devices and Microsystems ASDAM 2022 will be devoted to the latest results of research and development in the field of new semiconductor devices and microsystems. Its goal is to bring together leading experts from institutes and universities as well as companies interested in the progress of high technology devices and microsystems. The Conference Proceedings will be published by the IEEE Electron Devices Society.

Venue
The ASDAM Conference will take place on October 23-26, 2022 in Smolenice Castle, House of Scientists of Slovak Academy of Sciences. This Conference will be already the 14th of ASDAM meetings, the well-established event in the region. The place of the Conference, Smolenice Castle, is situated in a beautiful landscape of the Small Carpathians Mountains about 50 km north-east of Bratislava.
